How to Stay Fit on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI

So you’ve worked your ass off over the past few months to look fit AF for SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI but you don’t want to let all that hard work go out the window as soon as you hit the Pacific, right?

Yeah, OK, you’re on holiday and now is a chance to let your hair down and enjoy your exclusive island and unleash yourself into that incredible menu! If you don’t want all that hard work to go to waste and keep yourself in shape from SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI into summer here’s how to do it;

1) Hydrate

Water is life people! Hydration is key to staying fit and healthy on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI. Skull water when you get up and before you go to bed to help flush those boozy toxins out your system. Water will help reduce your chances of heat stroke and heat exhaustion too

2) Watch the Booze

We all know that a big night on the sauce isn’t going to do anyone any good, really! We only ever promote drinking responsibly and if you want to stay fit on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI you should heed our advice. Beer, in particular, makes you bloat; no one wants a bloaty bikini bod eh!?

3) Wear Sunscreen

All this advice sounds a bit like a speech from your parents but it’s true! Getting badly sunburnt can totally ruin your SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI and have long-term impacts on your health. Cream up kids!

4) Don’t Forget to Workout

Just because you’re on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI doesn’t mean you can’t workout. We’ll tell you now there isn’t a fully equipped 24-hour gym on the private Pacific island (did you really think there would be?!) but there is loads of space to workout.

Running along the beach is a great challenge for your legs. Yoga on the seashore is totally relaxing. On the balconies and decks of the accommodation lodges there is ample space to do a workout too.

5) Workout with Mates

You don’t have to stick to a rigid workout routine during SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI. Make it fun! Chuck a tennis ball in your bag and play piggy in the middle in the sea! Too childish?! Bring a rugby ball and play touch on the sand.

Love leading the workout? Gather a group on the beach and ask the DJ to put on some workout tunes and get everyone exercising. Think about it though, dancing and swimming also counts as exercise, you’ll be staying fit on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI without even realising it!

6) Watch What You Eat

Don’t go all out on the breakfast buffet! Being on holiday is the perfect excuse to chuck the diet out the window. You are what they eat as they say! If you want to stay fit on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI don’t indulge too much on food. A) You’ll feel less bloated and grim and B) you’ll have less of a shock when you step on the scales when you get home.
