How to Recover from your SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI

Arghhhh! You’ve just landed after the best week of your life on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI and it’s all got a bit much? We feel you! Battling the post-SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI blues is so damn hard, but you can do it! The countdown to SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI next year has already started!

Recovering from SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI properly is key to keeping you back on track, being productive and healthy again after the big blow out that is five days in the Pacific!

Here are our top tips on how to recover from SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI:

1)  Eat Well
Being healthy is the best way to get over a big holiday binge. Stock the fridge full of green veggies and summer fruit and get back on the #healthyeating bandwagon.
If you’re having a real bad SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI blues moment have a couple of Tim Tams with a cuppa; you know you want to. Seriously though, try and get as much healthy food into your body to detox the booze from your system, helping you feel and look fresh AF and make that holiday glow linger on as long as possible!

2) Get Back to the Gym 
The first session back is always the hardest and harder still is to lace up those trainers an get to the gym in the first place. You worked your ass off to get your beach body in shape, don’t let all that hard work go to waste. After all, summer is just around the corner!

3) Check Your Emails
Check your emails and get back on top of the work aspect of things. Allowing work to backlog any longer than it has to is only gonna make the uphill struggle even worse.

Even though there is pretty good WiFi on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI chances are you’ll have gone off the grid and made the most of the sun, sea and fresh air!

4) Do Your Washing
So you’ve walked in the door and all you want to do is curl up on the sofa and veg out until the hangover passes. Before you put your feet up, put a wash on…you’ll thank us later.

5) Catch Up on Sleep
It’s true that you need a second holiday when you come back from holiday! Making an effort to catch up on sleep will help you recover from SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI better than anything else. Go catch them zzzzzzz’s.

6) Hydrate
After getting enough sleep, getting enough water is vital to your SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI recovery. After five days partying it up we know you won’t have got enough water in your system, plus you’ll have been hanging out in the sun too.

In the week after SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI keep a water bottle with you throughout the day and keep sipping away. If you feel like you need more of a detox chuck a slice of lemon in there, or have the occasional cup of green tea too.

7) Share Your Photos
There is no better way to get over the post-SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI blues than to flick through all the amazing photos you’ve taken over the five days. Share them with your friends on Facebook and make sure those memories never die!

8) Look Back
Lock in a catch up with your mates to reminisce about the amazing moments you have or even invite new friends via the Facebook group to make sure you all stay in touch once you are home
