Payment Options for SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI

So you’re thinking about signing up to SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI in the Pacific! Yaaaaas! But you want to know your payment options, fair enough.

The Deposit

Regardless of whether you pay upfront or join our monthly payment plan you will be required to pay a non-refundable $50pp deposit to secure your spot on the private charter transport…the exclusive island charter…your place at the best parties the Pacific has ever seen…just thought we’d drop that in there!

Following your deposit you’ll have the option, if you wish, to organise your own flights which will deduct that from the package so you can fly from another location or stay for longer in the Pacific.

Following your deposit you’ll have seven days to make a call on how you wish to pay off the balance;

1) Up Front

For those of you who have the money ready to go, you can pay upfront, no worries. We’re not going to tie you into a payment plan unnecessarily. Once your deposit is paid you will receive an email from us asking you to choose the upfront payment option or join our payment plan. If you’re ready to pay now, get your credit/debit card out and proceed to booking.

Just so you know, there is a 2.8% credit and debit card fee…unavoidable for you and for us… you can thank the New Zealand and Australian banking industry for that, sorry!

2) Payment Plan

If you’re wanting to pay in instalments that is no problem either! We like to be accommodating so if don’t have the full amount right now, panic not. The $50pp deposit secures your place, for sure. If you want to opt to pay for SPRING BREAK Experience in weekly or monthly instalments then follow the link in the email.

The amount you pay per month depends on how many months there are before SPRING BREAK Experience. So, if you secure your place on SPRING BREAK Experience with only two months to go, you’ll pay the full amount in two instalments.

If you book your trip as soon as we announce the dates you’ll have 8 months to pay. Likewise for all the months in between; the closer to the departure date you book, the more you’ll have to pay in each monthly instalment. Just so you know, if you decide to opt for the payment plan there is an additional processing fee of 9% and then the standard 2.8% credit card fee per month.

Other things to remember regarding payment is that you will need to put down a credit card for security on your room when you arrive any funds pre-authorized are 100% refundable, provided you don’t smash anything.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any SPRING BREAK Experience traveller should they choose to cancel. This is why we highly recommend travel insurance as they may cover you if something unforeseen happens.

HOWEVER, If you book your place and for whatever reason can’t come to SPRING BREAK Experience you can transfer the booking to another name though AND we provide free changing of names until 6 weeks before we depart so you’re totally safe there to onsell your package.

If you need to change the name between six weeks and four weeks out from SPRING BREAK Experience a $100 charge is applied. Once within four weeks prior to departure, unfortunately, no changes can be made, again make sure you’ve got travel insurance as you may be covered!!!
