We all want to have the perfect beach body in time for SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI but sometimes it just feels like too much effort! Right?!

Keeping motivation for fitness high is the key to getting that beach body on track for SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI. Surely getting to spend five days in paradise, rocking up at the most amazing parties in the world and getting to spend your days on beaches that are beyond picture-perfect is motivation enough!

If you feel like the motivation for exercise starting to flag, panic not! We have collected some top tips to keep you on track and looking beach beautiful in time for your flight!

Mix It Up

Mixing up your workouts is one of the easiest ways to keep yourself motivated. If it’s grim as outside don’t go for a run, do an indoor workout instead. Do a different workout each day, vary the focus, duration and where you workout too. A change is as good as a rest as they say!

Get Together

Heading to SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI with your crew? Chances are you all wanna look fit AF in the Pacific so get together to workout. Exercising with your friends is not only a great way to spend some more time together but you can also be each other’s cheerleaders. Make it competitive too! Loser has to do the forfeit at SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI or put an extra fiver in the group kitty!

Have a Break

Yeah, we said that a change is as good as rest but seriously, a rest is as good as rest! Don’t push yourself too hard in the run up to SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI else by the time your feet hit the sand you’ll be just about ready to fall in a heap!

Take an active rest day. Do yoga or stretches instead of a full workout. Perhaps take the dog out for a longer walk than usual; killing two birds with one stone!

Set Goals

Setting goals is one of the most basic things you can do to keep your motivation up about anything. Whether that be aiming to be able to do the plank for longer than a minute, hitting a time target for completing a run or just ticking off a workout every day.

There is nothing that helps keep motivation up like an awesome playlist! There are so many workout playlists ready to go on Spotify and YouTube. Whether you want a 5km running track or some twinkly tunes for yoga, you can easily find the perfect soundtrack to keep you going.

Keep Track and Get Appy

Track your progress using apps! Nike Workout Club, Runtastic and Daily Yoga are our favs! You can set yourself reminders on your phone. Track how many calories you’ve burned and they even help you up your game and adjust your programme as you improve.

Refuel

Food! We all love food! There is no use starving yourself before you leave! No hangry people allowed at SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI in the Pacific! Six packs are made in the kitchen peeps! Eating right helps you sculpt your beach bod but also keeps the energy high to keep going.

Do it for the ‘gram
