Pacific Vacations and How to Stay Healthy

So, you’ve worked your ass of getting in shape for SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI and you’re looking drop-dead gorgeous! All that hard work need not go out the window as soon as you step into our exclusively chartered island!

We have created some useful hints and tips to keep you feeling fresh and healthy while on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI!

Water

It may seem basic AF but water is the way forward! When you get up in the morning skull a litre of water and do the same before bed too. Throughout the day keep sipping away on a water bottle as well, particularly if you’re day drinking. What could be worse than a hangover hitting before the party has even started!

Being hydrated not only helps prevent a hangover but prevents heat exhaustion and heat stroke too. What’s more, getting a load of water into your system after a booze up helps flush those toxins out of your system before they come out in the form of pimples…gross but true!

Workout

Although you’re on holiday there is loads of free time for you to stick to your normal workout schedule. There isn’t a full-blown gym available but there is plenty of space to run, workout or do yoga.

Why not get a group of people together to do a workout en mass. Get the speakers pumping and the heart rates up! Working out together keeps motivation high.

Food

If you know that you get a food baby at the first whiff of dinner now is the chance to think about what causes that. For lots of people it is starchy carbs that make them bloat, make a conscious effort to avoid these foods at the buffet to retain your bikini bod!

Want to avoid bad skin on vacation reduce the sugar in your diet too. Opt for diet mixers and lay of the beer every other day. Sculling water won’t eliminate breakouts but keeping an eye on what you’re putting in your body (food wise!) will go a long way in keeping you feeling good while away on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI in the Pacific.

Sleep

We all want to party till dawn but we all need our beauty sleep. After months of revision and exams now is the perfect chance to catch up on a bit of shut-eye. Don’t push yourself to carry on partying if you know it’ll ruin you for the next day.

Better to bow out early and rest up ready for tomorrow’s adventures; as dull as it sounds!

With all that in mind, ultimately you are on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI. Now is the chance to let your hair down, ditch the diet and have a good time. Life is all about balance, but if the balance goes out of the window for 5-days in the Pacific, so be it!

It’s quite easy to stay healthy on vacation if you keep hydrated, don’t eat too much crap and do a bit of exercise too. Dancing, snorkelling and beach walking is all exercise though!
