*or alcoholic beverage of your choosing; Beer doesn’t finish the rule of three…Sex on the Beach works though and Spiced Rum…

It seems that no party is complete without having a drink in hand and we agree.

What we don’t agree with is hangovers. They ain’t fun and they ain’t pretty! SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI is only five days long! Waaaaaah! So you don’t want to waste a moment with your head glued to the toilet seat begging for your mother! Agreed?

So, with that delightful image in mind, here are our top five tips on how to avoid a SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI hangover! You can thank us later!

  1. EAT

Seriously! Eating is NOT cheating guys! Get some grub down your gob before you starting drinking, this is the best way to avoid a hangover, so help yourself out! On SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI we offer the most healthy and hearty breakfasts around, and it’s a buffet so seriously fill your boot!
A word from the wise; bring some snacks from home too! Means you can have a midnight (or mid-morning) scoff to soak up the booze!

 

  1. Water

Water, water, water is the key to avoiding a hangover throughout your life, not just on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI. Being in the sunshine all day dehydrates you more than you think, then add booze into the mix and you’re asking for trouble.

Skull a pint of water before breakfast to kick-start the hydration plan and sip water throughout the day, in between alcohol too! Have another big skull before you hit the sack too. As boring as it sounds it won’t bring you down; in fact, it’ll keep you up on the dance floor for longer!

  1.  Sleep

A good night’s sleep is a really important factor in avoiding a SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI hangover. Although not a cure, it is a prevention, and sometimes that better than a cure; or so they say. Sleep helps your body restore energy and recover from the battering it’s received from the booze. You’re also super active on SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI running around partying for hours takes it out of you. If you can get 8-hours in you’ll be on your way to being a SPRING BREAK™ Experience FIJI guru!

  1.  Avoid the Bad Booze

Yes, there is bad booze and good booze. ‘Good’ booze would be clear spirits like gin or vodka…white sambuca? Yaaaas!
Clear liquors have fewer toxins in them which means your body and process them a little less painfully, meaning your head will thank you in the morning!

  1. Stock Up on Vitamins

Alcohol makes you dehydrated and depletes you of vitamins from all that running to the bathroom. Don’t break the seal!

Bring some Berocca with you or a bottle of multivitamins and get a few in your system each morning to help restore your body’s vitamin balance and keep you happy and spritely as can be! Remember to take your vitamins with food so they’ll absorb into your system; else is a recipe for very expensive pee! Electrolytes are also a great idea to help rehydrate faster!
